The purpose of this video is to demonstrate a step-by-step process for teaching kips, starting with absolute beginners and moving up to girls who are trying to compete level 5. It shows the drills and conditioning I have learned from successful and effective coaches. This video is part I, which deals only with the conditioning that should be mastered at each stage before beginning the corresponding drills in parts II and III. Have you tuned in to The New Girl? It is getting great reviews, and everyone I know who watches it loves it. I actually have quite a few episodes taking up valuable space on my DVR, so it’s probably about time I watch some of them. I love Zooey Deschenal in everything she’s ever been in, so I have a pretty good feeling I’ll love this too. She is so adorable in every part she plays. Elf is one of my all-time favorite movies, and she does an awesome job as that character. 500 Days of Summer is another wonderful movie she’s in. She seems so innocent, even when she’s playing such a broad range of characters. I am pretty sure this show is very similar. She plays the adorable “girl next door” who everyone loves even when she’s being annoying. I’m going to catch up on my DVR and then check out Direct TV to see when I can catch the rest of the season. I have a feeling I’ll love it. That’s just what I need—another show I’m completely addicted to.
